Problem
Crown Heights needed a new approach to improve internal operations. They did not have a unified ticketing system in place and relied on a combination of emails and service desk software is used to handle requests and manage escalations.
Solution
With Faveo Crown Heights got a Unique entry point for all the support. Faveo is smart enough to combine the previous tickets or requests. If tickets are new it opens in a new ticket but if the existing ticket reply comes it continued to the existing ticket as a thread and able to view the timeline for all the conversations held on the ticket. Today, more than 4 customer support staff using Faveo Helpdesk at Crown Heights including team members. Currently, Crown Heights is receiving 600 tickets in a month and maintained in the helpdesk system.
