The Redaction and Secret Message feature within Faveo Helpdesk and Servicedesk Software ensures the secure handling of sensitive customer information. Administrators and authorized agents can share confidential messages and files securely, controlling who can access the content and for how long. This feature reduces the risk of data breaches while maintaining the confidentiality of critical information.

Temporary and One-Time Content Sharing

Users can set expiration times (1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week) for shared content, automatically deleting it after the set period. The “View Once” option ensures that sensitive information is accessed only once before disappearing.

Manual and Automatic Redaction

Faveo’s redaction capabilities include both manual and automatic options for sensitive information. Administrators and agents can redact information permanently or temporarily, depending on the situation. Automatic redaction further enhances security by masking credit card numbers, displaying only the last four digits. These features help maintain privacy while allowing authorized access to relevant data when needed.
